THE VINEYARDS:
Casa de Uco Vineyards & Wine Hotel is located in the Uco Valley, a unique place southwest of Mendoza. An oasis where the best Malbec grapes in the world are grown. Amidst stunning mountain landscapes and incredible natural beauty, the valley is home to several of the most distinguished wineries in the world.

The estate, spanning across 320 hectares (790 acres), is bordered by the majestic Andes Mountains, extensive vineyards and a lake, completing the incomparable scenery of Casa de Uco. Our vineyards are graced by privileged growing conditions. They reach international production standards due to the fact that they are located at an average altitude of 1,200 meters (4,100 feet) above sea level, with a semi-arid climate that provides 330 days of sunshine, great thermal amplitude and alluvial soils with excellent drainage. Furthermore, our vineyards benefit from the region’s largest, most pristine and inexhaustible aquifer, used to irrigate the vines.

THE WINE HOTEL:
Casa De Uco Wine Hotel & Spa invites its guests to live an extraordinary wine and spa experience.

Integrated by the topography of the land that serves as its inspiration, the hotel awakens unexplored senses. A sophisticated atmosphere, with spectacular views, encourages guests to explore the valley and relax in the warmth of its facilities.

Natural and noble materials, a sleek minimalistic style with a modern edge that still pays the utmost respect to the land, these are the elements that define our exclusive Wine Resort & Spa.

At the heart of our inviting common areas is the lush living room, complete with wood-fire chimney, a magnificent wine bar and lounge, game room, our award-winning restaurant, and private dining areas. At the foundational soul of the resort, the underground wine cava, which stores an impressive selection of some of the best wines in the region, and, is the home to our special wine tastings led by our expert sommelier. Moving outside, the deck and terrace provide the perfect open-aired spot for ultra comfortable lounging under the sun or star.

Casa de Uco Vineyards & Wine Resort is a project conceived and created by the world-renowned architecture firm Alberto Tonconogy & Associates.

ECOLOGICAL AWARENESS AND SUSTAINABLE ENERGY
We have a strong commitment to environmental conservation. Therefore, all of our decisions, throughout Casa De Uco are based on ecological principles, from ongoing personnel training, to t he use of low power equipment and solar panels to provide hot water and electricity, as well as growing organic crops and recycling organic materials in farms, among other initiatives.

The Hotel’s green rooftop, covered with natural species, is a reminder of how things used to be, prior to human intervention. It is an open veranda that offers astonishing moonlit views of the Uco Valley, also becoming an open-air observatory for celestial sky watching.

FACILITIES & AMENITIES

CUISINE & WINES
The magnificent food and wine program shines at the center of Casa de Uco Vineyards & Wine Resort. Executive chef and Mendoza native Pablo Torres and culinary consultant Ana Ortuño have created a menu that honors the land and Uco Valley, driven by the seasonal ingredients grown directly in the organic vegetable garden. To achieve this farm-to-table ideology, the kitchen team of cooks and chefs source all ingredients locally, working with neighbors, the local farmers, to create an international menu that still is 100% Uco Valley inspired.

Of course there is always a wine glass within arms reach, especially under the careful eye of talented sommelier Juan Pablo Nieva, who has an impeccable way of curating the selection of the best wines in the region.

Our gourmet universe extends to the sector de fuego, for a true Argentine barbecue experience directly in the vineyard cooking over open flames. At night, our exclusive and magnificent bar, with a cocktail list designed by celebrated bartender Renato Giovannoni, becomes a destination for guests from other hotels in the area.

WINE LOUNGE & CELLAR
Each one offers guests one-of-a-kind tasting experiences, a conference lounge, and an underground cellar for wine tastings, small social gatherings and exclusive wine storage spaces for members.

QUINCHO
The quincho is an extraordinary place in itself. It is completely integrated into Casa de Uco´s lush Gardens, lagoons, creeks and vineyards; specially designed to savor the typical Argentine style asado (barbecue).

SPA The Spa includes a Swedish sauna, steam room, hammam, deep soaking bath tubs for treatments, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, and fitness center. It offers innovative body treatments based on the use of vines and hydrotherapy. These techniques are combined with the virtues of spring water, extracted from a depth of 300 meters (984 feet), rich in minerals, with antioxidant properties that strengthen blood vessels, and enhance micro-circulation. Our elite spa offers vinotherapy and hydrotherapy treatments, techniques that hydrate and nourish the body with rich minerals extracted from 300 meters under the earth, and spring water packed with antioxidants that strengthen blood vessels and enhance circulation. Relaxation and serenity continue outside with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, solarium and peaceful lagoon
