Located in Barra de Maldonado, the   Posta del Cangrejo is a small Mediterranean flavored hotel away from the hustle and bustle of town but within easy driving distance.

This small hotel has only 27 rooms, each well appointed and decorated in the simple, cozy but airy Mediterranean style.

One room on the top floor with a terrace four times the size of the room, is frequented by Julio Iglesias.
