Accommodations

ABOUT THE PALACIO DEL INKA CUZCO, A LUXURY COLLECTION HOTEL, in their own words:
WHERE WE ARE:

We face the impressive Korikancha or Temple of the Sun and we are surrounded by magnificent Inca and colonial buildings. You can reach the city's major attractions within few minutes: the Main Square, the Cathedral, the church of La Compañía, San Blas artisan quarter, among others. Velasco Astete International Airport, as well as the route that leads to the main archaeological complexes of Sacsayhuaman, Q'enko, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay, are only ten minutes away from the hotel.

ABOUT OUR HOTEL:

Iconic Inkan Environs
A storied mansion dating back nearly five centuries, Palacio del Inka stands in the historic center of Cusco. Directly across from the Koricancha, it is a five-minute walk from the main square and less than a mile from an array of museums, markets, and restaurants.

Cultural Connections
Uniting the past and present, Palacio del Inka Spa presents indigenous treatments and an indoor therapy pool. Meanwhile, Inti Raymi Restaurant offers authentic Peruvian dishes, while a variety of meeting and events venues invites guests to host an enchanting occasion.

Historical Décor
Our 203 exquisitely appointed guest rooms combine Peruvian art and handcrafted furnishings with contemporary amenities—from a signature Luxury Collection bed to state-of-the-art technology, including an LED TV, High Speed Internet Access, and an iPod docking station.

INTI RAYMI RESTAURANT
Nestled within the historic palacio, Inti Raymi Restaurant channels the hotel’s rich history in both ambience and cuisine. Along with its exposed walls, which recall 500 years of stories, the indoor dining room features stone archways and exposed ceiling beams. Antiques and original artwork as well as handcrafted and vintage furniture add to the layered interior, while classic chairs upholstered with contemporary fabrics and screened chandeliers unite the traditional with the modern. An abstractly patterned carpet and pops of red provide another nod to present day. The year-round, open-air colonial patio and the 14-guest private semi-private dining room reflect the same captivating neo-Andean mix.

Founded on Andean ingredients—ranging from quinoa to a vast array of potatoes and vegetables from in the Sacred Valley—along with regional meat and fish, the menu highlights the best of regional gastronomy. At the same time, it serves up premium international cuisine, which debuts in the Breakfast Buffet. Served daily and accompanied by a live harp player, the buffet features a variety of fresh breads and local delicacies, such as elderberry jam, Creole salad, and cooked ham. Hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and fruit juices, complement the epicurean options. For lunch and dinner, our chef relies on local and organic options, recreating traditional dishes, such as guinea pig roasts, lamb, and trout with native stewed potatoes. Chilean and Argentinean wines and international beers provide an ideal accompaniment.

A children’s menu of favorites caters to our youngest guests.

RUMI BAR
Perched above the hotel entrance, adjacent to the lobby, Rumi Bar welcomes guests with an original Inkan wall and ceiling with exposed beams. The storied structure sets the scene for intimate lounge seating, which includes red leather chairs and dark wood tables as well as traditional bar seating. Low lantern lighting enhances to the cozy, relaxed atmosphere, inviting guests to indulge in cocktails and light bites.

The menu includes our signature Coca Sour and Banana Rum Punch, along with traditional cocktails, wines, and beer. Meanwhile, snacks and Tapas range from regional specialties to international favorites, such as mini pizzas.
