BUTLER SERVICE:

On arrival the Butler:

Welcomes you.
Helps to unpack your belongings.
Offers complimentary pressing of two garments per person on day of arrival.
Attends to your requests on arrival.
Draws a bath or sets the Jacuzzi whenever it is required.

During your visit the Butler:

Takes Room Service orders for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Takes and delivers laundry and shoe shine orders.
Is the link between your needs and room service.
Makes sure your room is in perfect order.
Provides baby sitter service on request.
Takes care of your internet connection and any requirement for your computer.
Assists with administrative tasks, such as photocopies, printing and distribution of documents.

On departure, the Butler:

Offers to pack your belongings.
Sets up handling of your luggage.
Checks your room in case anything has been left behind.

PERSONAL SHOPPER:
This new concept is designed to satisfy the needs of guests with little or no time to shop while on a business trip, or for those who wish to make their shopping a unique experience, accompanied and advised by a specialist in all kinds of items and will organize personalized shopping tours.
