The unequalled experience of a day of hunting is made possible because El Colibrí Estancia de Charme is located in one of the world renowned dove hunting spots: Cordoba, where hunting season is open all year round.

A recent study by Argentine Hunting and Natural Resources estimates that the population of doves surpasses 32 million units.

El Colibrí organizes the hunting day, which begins around the 8 a.m. A bird boy that provides the cartridges and loads the weapon accompanies each hunter. At noon the group takes a restful break in a refuge among the trees, enjoying traditional Argentine asado and a refreshing nap in a hammock. The hunting continues afterwards until the six in the afternoon. At night, the day's spoils are used to cook exquisite meals at La Table du Colibrí.
