ABOUT BLEAKER ISLAND - COBB'S COTTAGE ACCOMMODATIONS - in their own words:

This cottage was built in 2001 to what were quite traditional lines at that time. However, in the winter months of 2013 it was upgraded. This involved reducing the number of bedrooms from three to two, each with an en-suite shower room, adding a sun lounge, redecorating throughout, and carpeting all living areas.

In addition to the two new twin-bedded rooms the cottage now comprises a well sized lounge / dining area, separate kitchen and sun lounge. See the house layout plan below.

Heating is by radiator, high insulation levels are in place, and all windows are double-glazed. There is a flat-screen television, DVD player and mini hi-fi with IPOD dock in the lounge, along with a trust bar. Wi-fi access is available at Cassard House for all guests.

Normally full board guests will eat in Cassard House, but on request and subject to staff availability, meals can be cooked and/or served in Cobb’s Cottage.
